, 2019 目的:探讨血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性小血管炎(AASV)肾损害瘀血阻滞证患者的表达及意义。方法:采取前瞻性研究,中医辨证就诊的AASV肾损害患者血瘀证的分布情况;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测AASV肾损害血瘀患者血清HMGB1水平,并与24 h尿蛋白定量、血Hb、Alb、CRP、D-二聚体、BUN、Scr、GFR、肾损害程度、ANCA、伯明翰血管炎活动积分(BVAS)等因素进行相关性分析,探讨HMGB1在AASV肾损害瘀血阻滞型患者中的意义。结果:

晚期结直肠癌患者DC-CIK免疫干预前后D二聚体改变的临床研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2014 目的探讨DC-CIK免疫干预前后晚期结直肠癌患者凝血功能及D二聚体的变化。方法选择DC-CIK免疫干预的40位晚期结直肠癌患者,在G-CSF动员前5天内及DC-CIK免疫干预1个月后行凝血功能及D二聚体的检测。选择健康成年人43例行凝血功能及D二聚体检测作为对照。比较DC-CIK免疫干预前、后及健康成年人的凝血功能及D二聚体的差异。结果20C-CIK免疫治疗后D二聚体明显降低（P=0.005）,但仍明显高于健康成年人（P=0.03）,FIB也明显下降但未显示统计学差异（P=0.067）。结论20DC ...
