Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Patch Antenna and Antenna Array on Multilayer High-Frequency PCB for D-Band
This paper presents the design, manufacturing, and characterization of a wide-band cavity-backed aperture-coupled patch antenna and a 16-element antenna array on multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) targeted for D-band applications. Microstrip line and

Electronic structure of YbB$_{6}$: Is it a Topological Insulator or not?
To resolve the controversial issue of the topological nature of the electronic structure of YbB$_{6}$, we have made a combined study using density functional theory (DFT) and angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES).

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Flat Lens-in-Package Architecture Using Multi-Axis Machining in D-Band
This work presents an electrically-small lens that has been redesigned towards a flat interface. This way, the lens is easier to integrated, compared to an earlier introduced spherical core-shell lens concept. The lens is created from a single dielectric

Dichotomy between large local and small ordered magnetic moment in Iron-based superconductors
We study a four band model for iron-based superconductors within local density approximation + dynamical mean field theory (LDA+DMFT). This successfully reproduces the results of models which take As p degrees of freedom explicitly into account and has ...

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Disruptive TRX Design for the D-band
This paper presents an architecture for broadband wireless transceivers operating in the D-band with the aim of covering tens of GHz of band over the air with a limited bandwidth per channel at the baseband. The main idea is to combine several baseband channels in a multi-channel radio-frequency (RF) signal.

Modification of Graphene Properties due to Electron-Beam Irradiation
The authors report micro-Raman investigation of changes in the single and bilayer graphene crystal lattice induced by the low and medium energy electron-beam irradiation (5 and 20 keV).

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These
