基于量子遗传神经网络与D-S证据理论的断路器机械特性故障诊断
针对目前断路器故障诊断系统诊断结果不精确的现状,提出一种量子遗传神经网络与D-S证据理论的方法,利用小波包变换和频带分析技术,得到分合闸线圈电流与机械振动波的高频及低频信号,提取2类信号每个频带的能量值分别作为2个独立的量子遗传径向基(RBF)神经网络的输入量,并得到2个初步诊断结果,最终利用D-S证据理论技术将2个RBF神经网络的评价结果融合。实验结果表明:量子遗传算法改进的RBF神经网络收敛速度快,结果精确;同时,D-S证据理论融合后的诊断结果准确度更高,并且诊断结果可信度提升。

以高压开关柜为研究对象,提出了一种基于正态云模型和D-S证据理论的分层评估算法。通过对影响开关柜运行状态的指标进行聚类分层,运用正态云模型确定各指标与各评价等级的关联度,并利用改进的模糊算法进行第1层评估,在此基础上运用D-S证据理论对开关柜整体运行状态进行评估。采用KYN28A-12型号某开关柜的一次检测数据为例,通过实例验证证明了评估算法的有效性。该评估模型结构清晰,评价指标易于得到,为开关柜状态评估提供了一种新思路。

随着变压器状态监测技术的发展,获得的变压器状态信息种类也越来越多。为此,提出了多信息融合的变压器健康状态评估方法。该方法通过融合粗糙集、神经网络和D-S证据理论,解决了因变压器信息参数繁多而造成的网络结构复杂和庞大等一系列问题,也为D-S证据理论中的基本可信度分配提供了有效的依据。实例表明,该方法具有较高的诊断准确性和可靠性。

根据真空断路器故障诊断特点,提出了小波包、RBF神经网络与D-S证据理论相结合的决策层信息融合诊断方法。首先,运用小波包—能量谱分析方法对振动信号进行分解处理,提取特征向量,并以此作为诊断的依据;其次,建立神经网络模型,以特征向量为RBF神经网络的输入,进行断路器初步故障诊断;然后将诊断结果作为对各种故障模式的基本概率分配值,利用D-S证据理论,实现对初步诊断结果的融合,从而得到最终的融合诊断结果。实验结果表明,该方法诊断真空断路器故障能取得良好的效果。
