This study reveals a tripartite pesticide–pathogen–host interaction in which the host kinase CDPK7‐like in Nicotiana benthamiana interacts with cucumber mosaic virus coat protein (CMV CP) to form LLPS‐driven condensates that facilitate viral infection.
