Research on D2D Communication [PDF]
The significant development in mobile internet greatly enrich our daily life, meanwhile it challenges the capacity of the current cellular networks. The limited frequency resources are the main bottleneck of the development of cellular networks. Device-to-device(D2D) communication is a new technology that allows mobile terminals to directly communicate

The Reliability Research of DF-D2D Underlaying Cellular Networks
In this paper, we propose a novel Device-to-Device (D2D) communication model, i.e., DF-D2D where the D2D communication is aided by a relay using the decode-and-forward (DF) strategy.

Power Control and Channel Allocation Algorithm for Energy Harvesting D2D Communications
This paper assumes that multiple device-to-device (D2D) users can reuse the same uplink channel and base station (BS) supplies power to D2D transmitters by means of wireless energy transmission; the optimization problem aims at maximizing the total ...

Model‐Based Time‐Modulated Write Algorithm for 1R Analog Memristive Crossbar Arrays
A novel model‐based time‐modulated write algorithm efficiently programs analog 1R memristive crossbar arrays by varying pulse duration at a fixed voltage. By leveraging a physics‐based compact model and a dynamic gain mechanism, this approach overcomes device nonlinearities and parasitic effects.

Influence of Top Electrode Metal on Resistive Switching in Multilayer MOCVD MoS2 Memristors
MoS2 memristors typically use evaporated noble metal electrodes. This study compares Pd, Ni, and Al electrodes and sputtered versus evaporated deposition. Pd is passive, while Ni damages MoS2, yielding poor switching. Sputtered Al enables reproducible ECM‐type switching with 95% yield, whereas evaporated Al forms an interfacial oxide that suppresses ...

Capacitive, charge‐domain compute‐in‐memory (CIM) stores weights as capacitance, eliminating DC sneak paths and IR‐drop, yielding near‐zero standbypower. In this perspective, we present a device to systems level performance analysis of most promising architectures and predict apathway for upscaling capacitive CIM for sustainable edge computing ...
