GaIn‐Induced Polarization Control in PVDF for High‐Efficiency Energy Harvesting and Instantaneous Wireless Sensing

This study presents a liquid metal–engineered β‐PVDF composite enabling high‐performance piezoelectric–triboelectric nanogenerators. Guided by MD/DFT simulations, GaIn doping promotes β‐phase formation and dipole alignment, while native oxides enhance charge retention.

L’opération menée dans l’Allier à Diou, sur la zone de travaux D33C, en préalable à l’élargissement de la route Europe Centre Atlantique, a entraîné l’ouverture de neuf tranchées, dont la superficie cumulée (1 220 m2) correspond à 11 % de la surface prescrite (11 154 m2, soit 1,1 ha) et 14 % de la surface accessible (8 687 m2).

Mapping Alkyne Chemical Space—Classifying the Reactivity of Alkynes in Semihydrogenation and beyond Using a Data Science Framework

A data science framework integrating DFT featurization and hierarchical clustering was used to map the chemical space of over 2700 alkynes into six subsets before using experimental data for Ni3Zn‐catalyzed semihydrogenation and applying a logistic regression model to categorize substrates by reactivity.

Monolithic Integration of ScAlN Modulators on Silicon‐On‐Insulator Platform

Monolithic integration of scandium‐doped aluminum nitride (ScAlN) modulators on a silicon‐on‐insulator platform is reported. A multilayer electrode design enhances RF‐optical field overlap, enabling direct access to the diagonal electro‐optic coefficient and improved modulation efficiency.
