ISRIB facilitates the co‐culture of human trophoblast stem cells and embryonic stem cells

We identified ISRIB that could replace the chemicals targeting WNT and TGFβ signalling pathways in the current hTSC culture medium (TSM) by high‐throughput chemical screening. We developed a new ISRIB‐dependent hTSC culture medium, namely nTSM. We provided an ISRIB‐dependent strategy for co‐culturing of hESCs and hTSCs in vitro.
