Fourteen compounds were isolated from Dalbergia odoriferae and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica and sephadex LH-20 gel and structurally identified by spectral analysis. These compounds were identified as 4, 9-dimethoxy-3-hydroxypterocarpan (1), medicarpin (2), 2', 4', 5-trihydroxy-7-methoxyisoflavone (3), 2', 3', 7-trihydroxy-4 ...

Neoflavonoids from Dalbergia odorifera

Phytochemistry, 1997
Abstract Two new neoflavonoids, 3′-hydroxymelanettin and 3′-hydroxy-2,4,5-trimethoxydalbergiquinol, were isolated from the heartwood of Dalbergia odorifera, together with the known compounds, dalbergin, melanettin, stevenin, 4-methoxydalbergione, and cearoin. The structures of the new compounds were established by spectral methods, especially 2D NMR.

Pharmacokinetics and molecular docking of the cardioprotective flavonoids in Dalbergia odorifera

Journal of Separation Science, 2023
The purpose of this research was to investigate the cardioprotective effects and pharmacokinetics of Dalbergia odorifera flavonoids. The cardioprotective effects were detected by hematoxylin‐eosin staining histopathological observations and the detection of myocardial enzymes by kits in serum, peroxidation and antioxidant levels and ATPase activities ...

Five new sesquiterpenoids from Dalbergia odorifera

Fitoterapia, 2014
Five new sesquiterpenes (1-5) along with ten known ones were isolated from the heartwood of Dalbergia odorifrea T. Chen. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic techniques including MS, UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR. Bioassay results showed that compounds 1 and 9 had inhibitory effect on Candida albicans, and compound 9 exhibited inhibitory effects ...
