Allergy, EarlyView.This study investigates the allergenicity and immunogenicity profile of a novel plant‐derived Fel d 1 bioparticle (eBP). Fel d 1 eBP promotes immune tolerance by redirecting allergic Th2 responses toward Th1 and IL‐10–producing regulatory pathways, including Bregs.
