The CGF dark matter fluid

open access: yes, 2022
The cosmological gauge field (CGF) is a classical solution of SU(2)-weak gauge theory oscillating rapidly in time. It is the dark matter driving the CGF cosmology. A general, local, mathematically natural construction of the CGF is given here. The macroscopic properties are derived. The CGF is an irrotational perfect fluid.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

On FRW Model in Conformal Teleparallel Gravity

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper we use the conformal teleparallel gravity to study an isotropic and homogeneous Universe which is settled by the FRW metric. We solve the field equations and we obtain the behavior of some cosmological parameters such as scale factor ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Dynamical system analysis of a three fluid cosmological model: an invariant manifold approach

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2019
The present paper considers a three-fluid cosmological model consisting of noninteracting dark matter, dark energy and baryonic matter in the background of the Friedman–Robertson–Walker–Lemaître flat spacetime.

Dark-Soliton Molecules in an Exciton-Polariton Superfluid

open access: yesPhysical Review X, 2020
The general theory of dark solitons relies on repulsive interactions and, therefore, predicts the impossibility to form dark-soliton bound states. One important exception to this prediction is the observation of bound solitons in nonlocal nonlinear media.

dUTPase is essential in zebrafish development and possesses several single‐nucleotide variants with pronounced structural and functional consequences

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...

Dark Matter from freeze-in and its inhomogeneities

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We consider generic freeze-in processes for generation of Dark Matter, together with the consequent re-thermalization of the Standard Model fluid. We find that Dark Matter inherits the Standard Model adiabatic inhomogeneities on the cosmological scales ...

Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...

Invariant Solutions and Nonlinear Self-Adjointness of the Two-Component Chaplygin Gas Equation

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2019
In this paper, the Lie group method is performed on a special dark fluid, the Chaplygin gas, which describes both dark matter and dark energy in the present universe.
