Adhesive Protein Nanoparticles Control Emulsion Properties via Tunable Interdroplet Linking
Small, EarlyView.In this study, pea protein nanoparticles were probed for their ability to link emulsion droplets. Experiments across multiple length scales showed that the nanoparticles form shear‐resistant links via bridging interactions from the thin film between droplets.

Symbolic Interaction, EarlyView.Drawing on 40 in‐depth interviews with transgender and nonbinary people, we found that respondents' gender identities or displays shifted day‐by‐day and audience‐by‐audience. The first describes respondents shifting their identities and displays based on feeling their way through gender while the latter describes feeling out an audience.
