Entwicklung des DAS-ELISA fýr ausgewählte rhizosphärenbakterien

Zentralblatt für Mikrobiologie, 1991
Summary Antisera against two Rhizobium strains (from pea and lucerne) and against a free living N2-fixation Klebsiella strain were produced and examinated for their sensitivity and specifity in immundiffusion and ELISA. The results show that the antiserum against the Klebsiella strain has an higher antibody titre than these against the rhizobia.

Development of a double‐antibody sandwich enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (DAS‐ELISA) for the detection of KHV

Journal of Fish Diseases, 2021
AbstractKoi herpesvirus disease (KHVD) caused by the koi herpesvirus (KHV) is difficult to diagnose in live fish, presenting a challenge to the koi industry. The enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method cannot be widely used to detect KHV because few commercial anti‐KHV antibody exists.

Standard DAS-ELISA

1998
This exercise is meant to establish the concentration of a virus in sap of an infected plant. As an example, cowpea mosaic virus Comovirus (CPMV) in cowpea (Vigna unguiculata) has been chosen.

Development and Evaluation of a DAS-ELISA for Rapid Detection of Avian Influenza Viruses

Avian Diseases, 2006
Rapid detection of avian influenza virus (AIV) infection is critical for control of avian influenza (AI) and for reducing the risk of pandemic human influenza. A double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) was developed for this purpose.

Detection of Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV) Infection in Plants Using DAS-ELISA and Dot-ELISA

2021
Plant viruses cause severe damages to crop productions each year worldwide. To prevent the losses caused by plant viruses, it is necessary to develop specific and efficient diagnostic tools to detect viruses. Among the current virus detection techniques, serological detection methods are considered to be rapid, simple, sensitive, and high throughput ...

Simultaneous Detection of Several Nepoviruses Infecting Grapevine in a Single DAS‐ELISA Test Using Mixed Antisera

Journal of Phytopathology, 1991
AbstractSingle and mixed antisera have been compared in DAS‐ELISA for the routine diagnosis of nepoviruses infecting grapevine. The use of mixed polyclonal antibodies allowed in a single test the simultaneous detection of several nepoviruses (ArMV + GFLV) or serotypes of nepoviruses (TBRV serotypes G + S and RRV serotypes E + G) whatever the nature of ...

Comparison of DAS‐ELISA and qRT‐PCR for the detection of cucurbit viruses in seeds

Annals of Applied Biology, 2019
AbstractThe importance of seeds as virus vehicles for long‐distance dissemination makes essential the availability of adequate methods of analysis to guarantee the quality of seed lots. To improve the repertoire of sensitive methods for seed diagnosis, we have developed quantitative real‐time RT‐PCR assays (RT‐qPCR) based on the TaqMan technology to ...

Serodiagnosis of Pepper Veinal Mottle Virus in West Africa using Specific Monoclonal Antibodies in DAS‐ELISA

Journal of Phytopathology, 1996
AbstractIn order to develop a reliable diagnostic test for pepper veinal mottle virus (PVMV), a panel of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), raised to a Nigerian isolate (PVMW‐Ni), was evaluated by double‐antibody sandwich enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (DAS‐ELISA) on infected pepper samples from seven West African countries.

Fasulye Tohumlarında Fasulye Adi Mozayik Virüsü’nün Immunocapture RT-PCR ve DAS-ELISA Yöntemleriyle Teşhisi

2021

2017
The present study was conducted to compare the sensibility of differentmethods (DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR) which are used to detect the agents of viraldiseases in grapevine. Purposive sampling was done in vineyards in Manisa andİzmir provinces and a total of 50 samples were taken from grapevines showingvirus symptoms.
