Kajian Pendekatan Binary Log dalam Change Data Capture

open access: yesJurnal Ilmiah Merpati (Menara Penelitian Akademika Teknologi Informasi), 2017
The online business era causes the form of transactions to occur so quickly that the information stored in the data warehouse becomes invalid. Companies are required to have a strong system, which is a system that is real time in order to be able to ...

Komadu: A Capture and Visualization System for Scientific Data Provenance

open access: yesJournal of Open Research Software, 2015
Data provenance captured from scientific applications is a critical precursor to data sharing and reuse. For researchers wanting to repurpose data, it is a source of information about the lineage and attribution of the data and this is needed in order to

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Characterization of background noise in capture-based targeted sequencing data

open access: yesGenome Biology, 2017
Background Targeted deep sequencing is increasingly used to detect low-allelic fraction variants; it is therefore essential that errors that constitute baseline noise and impose a practical limit on detection are characterized.

Field-enhanced electron capture by iron impurities in germanium [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The dependence of electronic properties of a deep level on electric field is relevant for better understanding of its impact on device characteristics. However, direct observation of the field assisted free carrier capture in DLTS is difficult, since in ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

A methionine‐lined active site governs carbocation stabilization and product specificity in a bacterial terpene synthase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

RadLex and SNOMED CT integration: a pilot study for standardising radiology classification

open access: yesInsights into Imaging
Background Effective communication and information exchange across diverse platforms are critical in healthcare data systems. However, the presence of multiple coding systems and varying standards creates discrepancies and misalignments, highlighting the

Stellar neutron capture rates – key data for the s process

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2013
Neutron reactions are responsible for the formation of the elements heavier than iron. The corresponding scenarios relate to the He- and C- burning phases of stellar evolution (s process) and to supernova explosions (r and p processes).

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
