The dynamics of value co‐creation behavior: A systematic review and future research agenda

International Journal of Consumer Studies, 2023
Value co‐creation (VCC) continues to gain traction as a marketing concept in several service contexts. Given the limited understanding of how the VCC process translates into customers' actual behavior, VCC behavior (VCCB) describes the involvement of ...

Database method schemas and object creation

Proceedings of the twelfth ACM SIGACT-SIGMOD-SIGART symposium on Principles of database systems - PODS '93, 1993
The expressiveness of various object-oriented languages is investigated with respect to their ability to create new objects. We focus on database method schemas (dms), a model capturing the data manipulation capabilities of a large class of deterministic methods in object-oriented databases. The results clarify the impact of various language constructs

Creation of two children's speech databases

1996 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing Conference Proceedings, 2002
Two sets of speech recordings were made from children talkers ranging in age from 5 to 18 years. One set was recorded via telephone channels (TEL) and the other using high-fidelity recording equipment (MIC). Special considerations and techniques required for the recording of speech from children are discussed.

Creation of Uyghur offline handwritten database

2013 8th International Workshop on Systems, Signal Processing and their Applications (WoSSPA), 2013
It plays essential role in estimating and comparing research results achieved by different groups of researcher to create standard databases. Many handwritten databases reported are mostly based on Latin, Chinese, Arabic, and other languages, but none of them related with Uyghur handwriting.

Nutrient variability in manures: Implications for sampling and regional database creation

Journal of Soil and Water Conservation, 2002
: The variability of manure nutrient levels within and across farms makes manure sampling and development of reliable tabular values challenging. The chemical characteristics of beef, dairy, horse, sheep, and chicken solid manures in Colorado were ...

Is My Data in Your Retrieval Database? Membership Inference Attacks Against Retrieval Augmented Generation

International Conference on Information Systems Security and Privacy
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems have shown great promise in natural language processing. However, their reliance on data stored in a retrieval database, which may contain proprietary or sensitive information, introduces new privacy concerns.

Dynamic Database Creation for Speaker Recognition System

Proceedings of International Conference on Advances in Mobile Computing & Multimedia - MoMM '13, 2013
The classical speaker identification algorithm gives acceptable results if the training is done offline using good quality database [5]. Though there has been a substantial amount of research in speaker recognition area, the majority of work has been focused on the offline training scenario. However in some scenarios where real time speaker recognition

Creation and Use of a Cre Recombinase Transgenic Database

2009
In many cases, a gene "knockout" results in early embryonic lethality, which obscures the study of potential later functions. In other cases, the "knockout" does not show any phenotype due to the compensation of the gene deficiency by other family members.

A view creation system for database design

ACM SIGMIS Database: the DATABASE for Advances in Information Systems, 1986
A user view is a representation of reality relevant to a particular user or group of users for a specific purpose. User views are particularly important to logical data base design because they dictate what data and relationships are to be made available to the users.
