An agentic AI‐driven decision‐support framework for prosumers is proposed, integrating PV generation, load profiling, and multihorizon optimization within a four‐agent architecture. The approach significantly reduces grid dependence, enhances self‐sufficiency and prevents system oversizing.

Color‐pure all‐organic emitters, i.e., with narrow spectral characteristics, are intensively studied for high‐definition organic LEDs and multi‐color bioimaging. In order to guide targeted materials design, this educative review discusses spectral characteristics, proper definitions and units, and the physical basis of spectral broadening, to distill ...

Melatonin Levels in 89 Individuals With Smith Magenis Syndrome
ABSTRACT In patients with Smith–Magenis syndrome (SMS), an inverted circadian rhythm of melatonin (MT) contributes to the sleep disturbance. Standard treatment of sleep disturbance with MT often leads to extremely high daytime MT levels, resulting in even more sleep disorders. We therefore retrospectively evaluated the MT data of 89 SMS patients.

ABSTRACT Smith–Magenis syndrome (SMS) results from either a recurrent 17p11.2 deletion or pathogenic variants in the retinoic acid induced 1 gene (RAI1). While neurodevelopmental impairment and behavioral dysregulation are well recognized, systematic genotype‐stratified analyses across psychiatric domains remain limited.

A computer-based daylight systems design tool [PDF]
Currently numbers like illuminance or glare index are used for the evaluation of daylight system designs. We propose to use photorealistic pictures in addition to numbers as a way to assess the quality of a design solution.

ABSTRACT Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a genetic condition with multisystem neurocutaneous signs, including hamartomas, epilepsy, and neuropsychological difficulties. Although sleep disorders are increasingly recognized in TSC, they remain poorly described in adults.

Building envelope : performance optimisation processes for a daylight responsive architecture\ud
Traditional shading design principles guide the vertical and horizontal orientation of fins, louvres and awnings being applied to orthogonal planar façades. Due to doubly curved envelopes characterising many contemporary designs, these rules of thumb are
