Construction of a DC servo motor drive system

open access: yes, 2023
A dolgozatomban egy DC szervomotoros hajtásrendszer kiépítéséről írtam. A rendszer oktatási és kutatási célra is használva lesz. A működtető programkódot C++-ban írtam.

Direct Flux Field Oriented Control of IPM Drives with Variable DC-Link in the Field-Weakening Region [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
This paper presents the direct flux control of an interior permanent-magnet (IPM) motor drive in the field-weakening region. The output torque is regulated by the coordinated control of the stator flux amplitude and the current component in quadrature ...

Advanced Drive System for DC Motor Using Multilevel DC/DC Buck Converter Circuit

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
This paper presents a new topology of clamped diode multilevel DC/DC buck power converter for a DC motor system. The proposed converter circuit consists of four cascaded MOSFET power switches with three clamping diodes and four voltage sources (voltage ...

Analysis of the Power Supply Influence on the Universal Motor

open access: yesPower Electronics and Drives, 2022
Due to their advantageous properties, universal motors are widely used in various applications and can be operated with both AC and DC voltage. Between main advantages of universal motors are their high starting torque, very compact design and high ...

Patient therapy outcome modeling in cancer organoids is improved by cancer‐associated fibroblasts and organoid assembly convolution

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

High-order sliding mode control of a DC motor drive via a switched controlled multi-cellular converter [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
In this article, we present a high-order sliding mode controller of a DC motor drive connected to a multi-cellular converter. More specifically, we design a second-order (super-twisting) control algorithm for the speed regulation of a DC motor. For this,

In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Large‐scale bidirectional arrayed genetic screens identify OXR1 and EMC4 as modifiers of αSynuclein aggregation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Step Respons Motor DC by Using Compression Signal Method

open access: yesComTech, 2015
Output signal in the form of a step response of a DC motor can be obtained by providing the input signal to the motor in the form of a signal step directly. Step response obtained in this way usually contains a lot of noise.

Identifying transcription factors controlling the basal expression of human MRP4 highlights a substantial role for Sp1

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The MRP4 transporter exports several drugs and signaling molecules. Here, we identified key promoter elements regulating basal MRP4 expression. Using reporter assays, we defined a conserved region with essential Sp1 and contributory Ets sites, which controlled basal MRP4 expression.
