Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Photo‐rewritable ambipolar organic synapses operating in aqueous environments at low voltage (≤0.4 V) demonstrate bidirectional optical plasticity through photon‐modulated electrochemical doping. Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals that PDZK1 loss impairs ULK1‐mediated lipophagy, driving lipid droplet accumulation and sunitinib resistance in clear cell renal cell carcinoma. PDZK1 inhibits LEF1 nuclear translocation, enhancing ULK1 transcription. Pharmacological ULK1 activation resensitizes resistant tumors to sunitinib.

Endocytic Control of Cell‐Autonomous and Non‐Cell‐Autonomous Functions of p53
Advanced Science, EarlyView.NUMB Ex3‐containing isoforms localize to the plasma membrane, where they recruit p53 through SNX9 and direct it to multivesicular bodies and exosomes. Exported p53 is taken up by neighboring cells and activates nuclear programs, revealing an intercellular, exosome‐based pathway that might help establish a tumor‐suppressive microenvironment.

Pharmacological inhibition of SLC2A3 upregulates PD‐1 expression on CD8+ T cells via lactate induced p53 lactylation, which modulates immune evasion.
