Beyond Canonical CO Oxidation: Structural and Evolutionary Insights Into a Non‐Canonical Carbon Monoxide Dehydrogenase

Monoallelic POLR3A Variants Cause Early‐Onset Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective Biallelic variants in genes encoding the RNA polymerase III complex (Pol III) cause a spectrum of neurological disorders primarily affecting the central nervous system. Defect‐Guided Assembly of Aperiodic and Flexible Metal–Organic Frameworks From Pre‐Formed Cages

A cage‐directed strategy is used to program topologically correlated defects and induce aperiodicity in HKUST‐1‐type MOFs. A missing carboxylate group in the linker drives the formation of Cu‐vacancy domains, while Rh(II) cages spatially confine these defects.
