NK Cell Activation by Platinum Boosts Immunotherapy in HR+/HER2− Breast Cancer
Multi‐omics and single‐cell analyses identify activated NK cells as key mediators of anti‐PD‐(L)1 response in HR+/HER2− breast cancer. Platinum chemotherapy enhances NK cell cytotoxicity through NF‐κB–associated signaling, synergizing with immunotherapy and providing a rationale for combination treatment.

This study combines full‐field tomography with diffraction mapping to quantify radial (ε002$\varepsilon _{002}$) and axial (ε100$\varepsilon _{100}$) lattice strain in wrinkled carbon‐fiber specimens for the first time. Radial microstrain gradients (−14.5 µεMPa$\varepsilon \mathrm{MPa}$−1) are found to signal damage‐prone zones ahead of failure, which ...

PAF Triggered Pyroptotic NETosis Aggravates Myocardial Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury
Platelet activating factor (PAF) secreted by cardiomyocytes during MI/R, drives NETs formation and subsequent NETosis. PAF/NETosis signaling activation is an initiative and causal factor in driving MI/R injury. This study identifies dapagliflozin as a potent NETosis inhibitor, and demonstrates that manipulating PAF‐NETosis signal by dapagliflozin or ...

We generated multi‐tissue single‐cell transcriptomic atlases of camels and cattle, uncovering conserved and lineage‐specific cellular features across digestive and metabolic systems. Cross‐species comparisons revealed the evolutionary origin of the camel glandular sac and identified novel cell populations linked to physiological specialization ...

Recursive deadbeat predictive control
Proceedings of the 1997 American Control Conference (Cat. No.97CH36041), 1997Presents a recursive algorithm for a deadbeat predictive controller design. The method combines together the concepts of system identification and deadbeat controller designs. It starts with the multi-step output prediction equation and derives the control force in terms of past input and output time histories.

Deadbeat predictive current control for PMSM
2012 15th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (EPE/PEMC), 2012In this paper a predictive current control for PMSM based on dead-beat algorithm is proposed, in the synchronous rotary frame, to improve the performance of current loop. Based on the mathematical model of PMSM the current controller calculated the expected voltage vector directly in terms of the current reference and feedback values, after that ...

Deadbeat predictive controller: a system identification approach
Proceedings of the 2003 IEEE International Symposium on Intelligent Control ISIC-03, 2003A deadbeat predictive controller designed from input/output relationship of a linear system is presented in this paper. The method exploits an observable canonical form representation of the system under identification, and combines together the concepts of system identification and predictive controller design. There are two design parameters involved

Improved Deadbeat Predictive Control of Asynchronous Motor
2019 14th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2019In recent years, synergy theory has made great progress in the field of power electronics, and its good robustness provides a new idea for motor control research. In this paper, we take use of rapid convergence of manifold, and introduce it into the control of the speed and flux linkage of the traditional deadbeat control (DC stands for deadbeat ...
