INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
This paper presents the design and validation of a bio-mechanical biofeedback system aimed at enhancing dead lift technique through real-time sonification and music-based rewards. Weightlifting, particularly dead lift exercises, is essential for both sports and rehabilitation, but improper technique can lead to severe injuries.
