We introduce a (semi‐)automatic workflow to measure bathymetry and surface flow velocities of river reaches at high resolution, based on UAS videos and imagery. Video frame filtering and SfM photogrammetry in combination with refraction correction approaches allowed for 3D reconstruction of riverbeds.
