Rosemary Essential Oil Microemulsion for Fungal Keratitis Treatment
ABSTRACT This study investigated the use of Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) essential oil in a microemulsion (ME) formulation for the treatment of ocular fungal keratitis, a serious infection that can lead to blindness. The ME was characterized in terms of pH, stability, homogeneity, osmolarity, and other physicochemical properties.

Role of Adsorption in the Removal of Diclofenac in Wastewater by Activated Sludge
Diclofenac (DCF) removal was studied in the experiments with wastewater and activated sludge collected from a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Adsorption was found to be one of the mechanisms of DCF removal by sludge, especially at a high concentration.

This paper investigates the high‐pressure water jet‐pick combined rock‐breaking mode (HPC), which employs high‐pressure water jets to precut grooves on both sides of the picks. The rock‐breaking patterns and performance of the HPC method are obtained, and the auxiliary rock‐breaking mechanism of water jet grooving is revealed.
