The decay rate asymmetry of the top quark [PDF]
The asymmetries ${\cal A}_k \equiv [Γ(\twddec) -Γ(\tbwddec)] /[Γ(\twddec) + Γ(\tbwddec)]$ in the partial widths of the top quark decays are discussed within the Standard Model (SM), the Two-Higgs-Doublet Model (2HDM) and supersymmetric extensions of the SM (SSM).

Wellposedness and Decay Rates for the Cauchy Problem of the Moore–Gibson–Thompson Equation Arising in High Intensity Ultrasound [PDF]
In this paper, we study the Moore–Gibson–Thompson equation in $$\mathbb {R}^N$$RN, which is a third order in time equation that arises in viscous thermally relaxing fluids and also in viscoelastic materials (then under the name of standard linear ...

This paper investigates the long-term asymptotic behavior of solutions to the initial-boundary value problem for the three-dimensional incompressible viscous magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) equations in general unbounded domains. Addressing the difficulty that

A popular method of inhaling marijuana is by heating marijuana liquid (vaping). We study exhaled aerosol within experimental rooms in two inhabited homes and determine peak concentrations, decay and removal rates, and source emissions.

A note on decay rates for Schrödinger’s equation [PDF]
Summary: We prove the existence of solutions of the Schrödinger equation on \( \mathbb{R}^N\) which decay, in various \( L^p\) spaces, at different rates along different time sequences going to infinity. We establish a similar result for a nonlinear Schrödinger equation.

Decay Functions and Offender Spatial Processes
Although it is now well established across diverse samples that the frequency of offending ‘decays’ as distance from the home/base increases, it remains unclear what form of decay function best characterises this relationship.

Purcell modification of Auger and interatomic Coulombic decay
An excited two-atom system can decay via different competing relaxation processes. If the excess energy is sufficiently high the system may not only relax via spontaneous emission but can also undergo interatomic Coulombic decay or even Auger decay.
