Orbital Decompression for Exophthalmos

In summary, we have presented our clinical experience, diagnostic techniques, surgical recommendations, and the results in 252 patients who have undergone transantral orbital decompression for malignant exophthalmos. Reduction of proptosis up to 12 mm. has been obtained.
