Hierarchical Embedded Sphere Model: An Interpretable ML‐Guided Multiscale Descriptor Engineering Decodes OER Activity on TM@MO2 Catalysts

Hierarchical Embedded Sphere Model combines DFT and interpretable machine learning to decode catalytic activity on TM‐doped MO2. It disentangles global electronic, active‐site, and local coordination effects, revealing two activation mechanisms: dopant‐driven (Rh@MO2) and coordination‐mediated (Fe@ZrO2).

Targeting PRKCN, an Essential Driver Orchestrating mTOR‐IRF4 Axis Independently of Kinase Activity, in Multiple Myeloma

Constitutive PRKCN expression is driven by super‐enhancers and modulated by NF‐κB signaling in multiple myeloma (MM). PRKCN activates mTORC1/2‐IRF4 signaling axis and favors tumor cell growth independently of its kinase activity. IRF4 reciprocally promotes PRKCN transcription, creating a feed‐forward loop.

An Intelligent Magneto‐Mechanical Platform for Cellular Sensing in 3D Microenvironments

This study presents MagMI, a pioneering machine intelligence‐driven magneto‐mechanical sensing platform. It utilizes magneto‐mechanical arrays and machine learning to achieve label‐free, real‐time monitoring and classification of cellular proliferation dynamics within 3D microenvironments.
