Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Design and Application of a Monitoring System for a Deep Railway Foundation Pit Project [PDF]
With the development of urban underground space in China, foundation pits have followed a trend toward larger area and greater depth. To ensure the safe excavation of foundation pits, it is necessary to monitor their deformation and the internal force of supporting structures and then use assessments of pit and building stability to guide construction.

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

TisIBP8, a fungal‐derived hyperactive ice‐binding protein, helps Caenorhabditis elegans survive dehydration. It localizes near cell membranes, reduces cell damage, and helps maintain membrane structure during drying. These results suggest that ice‐binding proteins can protect cells from dehydration stress as well as freezing stress.

Analysis of the Deep Foundation Pit Precipitation Based on ABAQUS
With the rapid development of urban construction, excavation depth and scale with the economic development significantly increased, which there are some security risks. Combined with the concrete engineering example, the Abaqus finite element software is used to calculate the fluid - solid coupling function, which indicates that the software is ...
