3D Soft Hydrogels Induce Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells “Deep” Quiescence
Three‐dimensional soft hydrogels mimicking the bone marrow niche induce deep quiescence in human mesenchymal stem cells. Unlike 2D culture, 3D matrices halt proliferation, regulate cell‐cycle and quiescence markers, and downregulate mTORC1 signaling, preserving stem cell phenotype and therapeutic potential ex vivo.

Abstract Promoting deep peak-shaving reform to excavate the peak-shaving potential of thermal power unit is an important way to solve the renewable energy consumption contradiction in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid, which is restricted by the rationality of deep peak-shaving revenue. Based on the peak-regulation auxiliary service in

Scalable manufacturing challenges and limited potency remain two of the most intransigent issues limiting clinical translation of EV therapeutics. Mechanical cues can induce phenotypic changes and increased vesiculation in EV source cells without the use of extraneous reagents, chemicals, and/or cargo, thereby potentially drastically improving the ...
