This study identifies the transcription factor ETV1 as a key driver of CD4⁺ T cell‐mediated intestinal inflammation in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). ETV1 promotes CD4⁺ T cell activation, proliferation, and Th17 differentiation by activating the amino acid transporter SLC7A5, fueling metabolic reprogramming.

PBRM1 Deficiency Reshapes an Immune Suppressive Microenvironment Through Epigenetic Tuning of PBRM1‐KDM5C‐IL6 Axis in ccRCC

PBRM1 ranks as the second most commonly mutated gene in ccRCC. This study reveals that PBRM1 loss promotes an immunosuppressive microenvironment by elevating M2 TAMs via the KDM5C–IL‐6 axis. Identification and Characterization of an In Silico Designed Membrane‐Active Peptide with Antiviral Properties

IGF‐1 Deficiency Serves as an Integrated Biomarker Pathogenic Driver and Predictor in Poor Ovarian Response

IGF‐1 deficiency underlies poor ovarian response (POR), as reduced levels in follicular fluid and granulosa cells impair antral follicle formation and compromise reproductive outcomes. Including IGF‐1 as a biomarker significantly enhances the accuracy of models predicting both PORrisk and pregnancy success.
