Enhancing Thermoelectric Performance of Cd₃P₂ by Alloying with Dirac Material Cd₃As₂
This study demonstrates that alloying Cd₃P₂ with Dirac material Cd₃As₂ significantly enhances its thermoelectric performance. Key improvements include increased carrier mobility, reduced effective mass, and lower deformation potential, resulting in a doubled power factor and improved thermoelectric efficiency, which renders this material applicable for

The cauchy problem of a degenerate parabolic equation
This note is concerned with the existence of a weak solution for a degenerate Cauchy problem of parabolic type in then-dimensional spaceRn. The degenerate property is in the sense that the matrix (aij(t,x)) involved in the differential operator is not necessarily positive definite.

2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) are promising for next‐gen optoelectronics. Their sensitivity to surroundings affects their electronic behavior. Substrate surfaces are chemically engineered to locally dope and adjust the properties of single layer MoS2 FETs employing self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) arranged in patterns.

Quasiconformal mappings and degenerate elliptic and parabolic equations
In this paper two Harnak inequalities are proved concerning a degenerate elliptic and a degenerate parabolic equation. In both cases the weight giving the degeneracy is a power of the jacobian of a quasiconformal mapping.

This paper presented ZnO‐based crossbar RRAMs by electrohydrodynamic (EHD) printing technology under in‐space manufacture environment as microgravity (µG). The crossbar structures of Ag/ZnO/Ag are fabricated under earth with in‐space microgravity. With the microgravity effect, a significant electroforming forming voltage reduced 89.3% as a storage ...

2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) are promising for next‐gen electronics. In this work, centimetrer‐sized single‐layer WSe2 is achieved via thermally activated gold‐mediated exfoliation. When integrated into solid‐state electrolyte gating field‐effect transistors, the devices exhibit ambipolar behavior, steep subthreshold swings down to 30 mV

Solar fuels and other value‐added chemicals derived from light‐driven reactions are highly desirable. Although advanced photoactive materials have been reported, demonstrations of their feasibility in large‐scale production are needed. Hence, strategies and recent efforts in scaling up photocatalytic reactors and integrating them into comprehensive ...

Controllability of nonlinear degenerate parabolic cascade systems
This article studies of null controllability property of nonlinear coupled one dimensional degenerate parabolic equations. These equations form a cascade system, that is, the solution of the first equation acts as a control in the second equation and

Enhancing Solid Oxide Fuel Cells Development through Bayesian Active Learning
This article presents an active learning approach using Bayesian optimization to calibrate the multiphase‐field model parameters for simulating the aging of Ni‐GDC anodes in SOFCs. By integrating experimental data and navigating through complex parameter spaces, it enhances predictive accuracy and provides insights into microstructural evolution ...
