Temperature‐Resilient Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function Driven by Pulse Modulation Using CMOS‐Integrated Spintronic Chips

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable physical unclonable function is developed using CMOS‐integrated SOT‐MRAM chips, leveraging a dual‐pulse strategy and offering enhanced environmental robustness. A temperature‐compensation effect arising from the CMOS transistor and SOT‐MTJ is revealed and established as a key prerequisite for thermal resilience.

The fundamental solution of Cauchy problem for a single equation of the diffusion equation with inertia

open access: yesKarpatsʹkì Matematičnì Publìkacìï, 2014
The paper found the explicit form of the fundamental solution of  Cauchy problem for the equation of Kolmogorov type that has a finite number  groups of spatial variables which are degenerate parabolic.

Bioinspired Morphology‐Decoupled Soft Gripper with Enhanced Bidirectional Grasping Capability

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inspired by biological predation, a novel gripper decouples cross‐modal grasping via dual morphological configurations. Synergistically integrating hybrid rigid and soft coupled fingers with a metamaterial palm, the system performs active compliant grasping for static objects and passive cage capture for dynamic targets.

Harnack type inequality for non-negative solutions of second-order degenerate parabolic equations in divergent form

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2016
We study a class of second-order degenerate parabolic equations in divergent form. We prove two analogues of the Harnack inequality, one for non-negative weak solutions, an another for non-negative solutions.

On the parabolic potentials in degenerate‐type heat equation [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Stochastic Analysis, 1991
Using distributions theory technique we introduce parabolic potentials for the heat equation with one time‐dependent coefficient (not everywhere positive and continuous) at the highest space‐derivative, discuss their properties, and apply obtained results to three illustrative problems.

Mathematical and Numerical Analysis of a Pair of Coupled Cahn-Hilliard Equations with a Logarithmic Potential [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Mathematical and numerical analysis has been undertaken for a pair of coupled Cahn-Hilliard equations with a logarithmic potential and with homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions. This pair of coupled equations arises in a phase separation model of thin

Unleashing the Power of P‐N Heterojunctions: Optimizing Water Electrolysis Efficiency Through a Cathode‐Driven Electrocatalyst Synergy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This groundbreaking contribution to water electrolysis demonstrates that MoSe2/PANI electrocatalysts with a P–N heterojunction effectively balance the overall electrolysis reaction as the cathode, enhance anode performance, and achieve high‐efficiency, low‐energy, simultaneous hydrogen and oxygen production, revealing that the P–N heterojunction ...

UNIFORM BMO ESTIMATE OF PARABOLIC EQUATIONS AND GLOBAL WELL-POSEDNESS OF THE THERMISTOR PROBLEM

open access: yesForum of Mathematics, Sigma, 2015
We prove global well-posedness of the time-dependent degenerate thermistor problem by establishing a uniform-in-time bounded mean ocsillation (BMO) estimate of inhomogeneous parabolic equations.

A Class of Degenerate Totally Nonlinear Parabolic Equations

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1996
The following initial-boundary value problem for a degenerate totally nonlinear parabolic equation is considered: \[ u_t=\beta (\phi (x,u_x)u_{xx} + f(x,u,u_x)),\quad (x,t)\in (0,1)\times (0,\infty ), \] \[ u_x(j,t)\in (-1)^j\beta_{j}(u(j,t)),\;j=0,1, \quad u(x,0)=u_0(x), \] as well as its higher space dimensional analogue.
