A reconfigurable physical unclonable function is developed using CMOS‐integrated SOT‐MRAM chips, leveraging a dual‐pulse strategy and offering enhanced environmental robustness. A temperature‐compensation effect arising from the CMOS transistor and SOT‐MTJ is revealed and established as a key prerequisite for thermal resilience.

Bioinspired Morphology‐Decoupled Soft Gripper with Enhanced Bidirectional Grasping Capability
Inspired by biological predation, a novel gripper decouples cross‐modal grasping via dual morphological configurations. Synergistically integrating hybrid rigid and soft coupled fingers with a metamaterial palm, the system performs active compliant grasping for static objects and passive cage capture for dynamic targets.

This groundbreaking contribution to water electrolysis demonstrates that MoSe2/PANI electrocatalysts with a P–N heterojunction effectively balance the overall electrolysis reaction as the cathode, enhance anode performance, and achieve high‐efficiency, low‐energy, simultaneous hydrogen and oxygen production, revealing that the P–N heterojunction ...

Indium substitution in Ag2Se nanocrystals simultaneously tailors electronic structure and lattice dynamics. Fermi‐level upshift and band‐gap narrowing enhance electrical transport, while defect‐induced lattice softening intensifies phonon scattering and suppresses lattice thermal conductivity.

This is the third paper of a three-part series where we develop and analyze a finite element approximation for a degenerate elliptic-parabolic partial differential system which describes the flow of two incompressible, immiscible fluids in porous media ...

A compact eight‐channel electrically tunable varifocal metalens with three single‐layer polarization‐multiplexed bi‐focal metalens and three LC cells. The total thickness of the device is ∼6 mm, while the focal lengths can be switched among eight values (3.6, 4.2, 4.5, 4.9, 6.2, 6.9, 8.4, and 9.6 mm). ABSTRACT As an essential module of optical systems,

Existence for a global pressure formulation of water-gas flow in porous media
We consider a model of water-gas flow in porous media with an incompressible water phase and a compressible gas phase. Such models appear in gas migration through engineered and geological barriers for a deep repository for radioactive waste.

III‐nitride semiconductors have revolutionized optoelectronics, enabling transformative technologies such as high‐efficiency LEDs and lasers. However, their use in intersubband optoelectronics has remained limited. This work marks an important step forward by demonstrating highly coherent inter‐well resonant tunneling injection in III‐nitride ...
