Human Genetics, 1986A family is reported in which the father and both offspring suffered from sick sinus syndrome (SSS) accompanied by degenerative myopia in the two elder of the three family members. In all three individuals, the basic manifestations of the SSS were total sinus arrest with secondary AV junctional rhythm at a normal rate.
