Disruption of SETD3‐mediated histidine‐73 methylation by the BWCFF‐associated β‐actin G74S mutation
The β‐actin G74S mutation causes altered interaction of actin with SETD3, reducing histidine‐73 methylation efficiency and forming two distinct actin variants. The variable ratio of these variants across cell types and developmental stages contributes to tissue‐specific phenotypical changes. This imbalance may impair actin dynamics and mechanosensitive

In pre-industrial society, wine and food crops are under competition for space. Fertile soils are generally used for grains, vineyards are grouped in poor lands where cereal does not grow (Dion 1952).

Multiple periodic solutions of differential delay systems with 2k lags
The quantity of 2(2k+1)-periodic solutions to a specific differential delay system with 2k lags is studied and resolved by variational methods. Several results are revealed and two examples are given to illustrate the application of the main results.

Delay Induced Excitability [PDF]
We analyse the stochastic dynamics of a bistable system under the influence of time-delayed feedback. Assuming an asymmetric potential, we show the existence of a regime in which the systems dynamic displays excitability by calculating the relevant ...

Circulating histones as clinical biomarkers in critically ill conditions
Circulating histones are emerging as promising biomarkers in critical illness due to their diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic potential. Detection methods such as ELISA and mass spectrometry provide reliable approaches for quantifying histone levels in plasma samples.

Regularity of Horizons and The Area Theorem
We prove that the area of sections of future event horizons in space-times satisfying the null energy condition is non-decreasing towards the future under any one of the following circumstances: 1) the horizon is future geodesically complete; 2) the ...

We quantified and cultured circulating tumor cells (CTCs) of 62 patients with various cancer types and generated CTC‐derived tumoroid models from two salivary gland cancer patients. Cellular liquid biopsy‐derived information enabled molecular genetic assessment of systemic disease heterogeneity and functional testing for therapy selection in both ...

Delay-induced oscillation phenomenon of a delayed finance model in enterprise operation
In this paper, the delayed finance model of enterprise operation is improved. The stability is investigated, and a Hopf bifurcation is demonstrated. Applying the normal form theory and the center manifold argument, some concrete expressions to judge the ...
