Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Global exponential stability of delayed inertial competitive neural networks
In this paper, the exponential stability for a class of delayed competitive neural networks is studied. By applying the inequality technique and non-reduced-order approach, some novel and useful criteria of global exponential stability for the addressed ...

New Approach to Quasi-Synchronization of Fractional-Order Delayed Neural Networks
This article investigates quasi-synchronization for a class of fractional-order delayed neural networks. By utilizing the properties of the Laplace transform, the Caputo derivative, and the Mittag–Leffler function, a new fractional-order differential ...

Propagation of chaos in neural fields
We consider the problem of the limit of bio-inspired spatially extended neuronal networks including an infinite number of neuronal types (space locations), with space-dependent propagation delays modeling neural fields.

PNNARMA model: an alternative to phenomenological models in chemical reactors [PDF]
This paper is focused on the development of non-linear neural models able to provide appropriate predictions when acting as process simulators. Parallel identification models can be used for this purpose.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Artificial Neural Network Utilization for FSO Link Performance Estimation [PDF]
This paper describes FSO link performance prediction based on available meteorological data using different Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approaches. Several types of ANNs were compared and their performance were evaluated.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.
