Control of Polarization and Polar Helicity in BiFeO3 by Epitaxial Strain and Interfacial Chemistry
In BiFeO3 thin films, the interplay of interfacial chemistry, electrostatics, and epitaxial strain is engineered to stabilize homohelicity in polarization textures at the domain scale. The synergistic use of a Bi2O2‐terminated Aurivillius buffer layer and a highly anisotropic compressive epitaxial strain offers new routes to control the polar‐texture ...

A Low-Power Delta-Sigma Capacitance-to-Digital Converter for Capacitive Sensors
This paper proposes a low-power delta-sigma capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC) for a capacitive sensor. The input of the capacitive sensor employs a zoomed-in technique with the offset capacitor to extend the input capacitance range. The proposed CDC

Counterion Dependent Side‐Chain Relaxation Stiffens a Chemically Doped Thienothiophene Copolymer
Oxidation of a thienothiophene copolymer, p(g3TT‐T2), via different doping strategies and dopant molecules resulted in materials with similar oxidation levels and a high electrical conductivity of ≈100 S cm−1. However, mechanical properties varied significantly, with sub‐glass transition temperatures and elastic moduli spanning from –44°C to –3°C and ...

Laser-sound reproduction by pulse amplitude modulation audio streams
Recently, the possibility to reproduce complex continuous acoustic signals via pulsed laser-plasma sound sources was demonstrated. This was achieved by optoacoustic transduction of dense laser pulse trains, modulated via single- or multi-bit Sigma–Delta,

Adaptive Delta-Sigma Modulation for Enhanced Input Dynamic Range
An adaptive delta-sigma modulator of 1st order with one-bit quantization is presented. Adaptation is instantaneous and based on an exponential law. The feedback signal is a multibit discrete-level signal generated by a digital-to ...

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Three-Level De-Multiplexed Dual-Branch Complex Delta-Sigma Transmitter
In this paper, a dual-branch topology driven by a Delta-Sigma Modulator (DSM) with a complex quantizer, also known as the Complex Delta Sigma Modulator (CxDSM), with a 3-level quantized output signal is proposed.

Delta-Sigma Modulator based multiplier
In this paper, a new technique is proposed for multiplication of two sampled low frequency analog signals and the result is in digital form. Out of the two signals, one signal is fed to the input of typical second order, ΔΣ Modulator (DSM). The operating period of the DSM circuit is varied directly in proportion to the absolute amplitude of the second ...

We propose a suture‐complementary approach that integrates optical skin clearing with a strain‐programmable luminescent adhesive patch. Hyaluronic acid promotes transdermal delivery of tartrazine to improve optical clearing and stabilizes its interaction with a photosensitizer. Optical clearing increases the penetration depth of visible light into skin,

Nonlinearity-Induced Spur Analysis in Fractional-
A fractional-N frequency synthesizer with low total jitter [e.g., <50fsrms, accounting for both phase noise (PN) and spurs] is essential for enabling the emerging 5G/6G and other high-speed wireless communication standards (e.g., WiFi-6/7).
