DOUBLE-DELTA-WINDING SYSTEM WITH NEUTRAL-POINT-CLAMPED CONVERTERS CONTROLLED BY SYNCHRONOUS MULTI-ZONE PWM

open access: yesПраці Інституту електродинаміки Національної академії наук України, 2020
In this paper, algorithms of the universal scheme of synchronous multi-zone modulation have been developed and dis-seminated for adjustment of two neutral-clamped inverters of double-delta-winding system (which is perspective for ap-plication in high ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Transcranial alternating current stimulation in the theta band but not in the delta band modulates the comprehension of naturalistic speech in noise

open access: yesNeuroImage, 2020
Auditory cortical activity entrains to speech rhythms and has been proposed as a mechanism for online speech processing. In particular, neural activity in the theta frequency band (4–8 Hz) tracks the onset of syllables which may aid the parsing of a ...

Computationally efficient low-power sigma delta modulation-based image processing algorithm

open access: yesMehran University Research Journal of Engineering and Technology, 2023
Digital Image Processing has dominated Digital Signal Processing at the cost of more memory, resources, and high computational power. In image processing, filtering transformations and other operations need complex multiplications, and the multiplier is ...

Proteasome inhibitor, ixazomib prevents topoisomerase‐I degradation and reverses irinotecan resistance in colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

Some Characteristics of Broadband Delta-Sigma Modulation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1971
This paper presents an analysis using correlation techniques of an idealized Delta-Sigma Modulation system. An analytical assumption of errors with a marginally Gaussian distribution is shown to yield accurate results for broadband modulation with a ...

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
