Structural Insights Into the Role of RxLR Effectors in the Arms Race Between Oomycetes and Plants
Oomycete RxLR effectors promote infection and host colonisation by modulating autophagy, host enzymatic activity, RNA transcription, and plant immunity. Decoding their structure–function relationships facilitates innovative oomycete disease control and disease‐resistant crop breeding.

Dental age diagnostics by means of radiographical evaluation of the growth stages of lower wisdom teeth [PDF]
The main criterion for dental age estimation in living adolescents and young adults is mineralization of third molars. A total of 1,260 orthopantomograms of 669 female and 591 male subjects aged between 15 and 22years was examined.

Age estimation in children by measurement of open apices in teeth: an Indian formula. [PDF]
The aim of this paper is twofold: first, to evaluate an Indian sample by Cameriere\u2019s European formula; and second, if this formula turns out to be unsuitable, to study a specific formula for Indian children.

Exploring developmental changes in femoral midneck cross‐sectional properties
The properties of femoral midneck cross‐sections exhibit a unique growth pattern that is characterized by shape changes during adolescence. Abstract This research delves deeper into previous works on femoral cross‐sectional properties during ontogeny by focusing for the first time on the human femoral midneck. The ontogenetic pattern of cross‐sectional

Effect of entropy on the dynamics of supercooled liquids: New results from high pressure data
We show that for arbitrary thermodynamic conditions, master curves of the entropy are obtained by expressing S(T,V) as a function of TV^g_G, where T is temperature, V specific volume, and g_G the thermodynamic Gruneisen parameter.

Forensic anthropology has grown into a vital discipline for the identification of human remains when conventional methods fail. Molecular anthropologists, skilled in analyzing degraded DNA, can significantly aid in identification and profiling. This review emphasizes the importance of collaboration between these fields, showcasing how their combined ...

Oral Health Status of Children With a History of Liver Transplantation
This study examines the oral health of children who have undergone liver transplantation, highlighting dental development delays despite similar caries rates compared to their healthy peers. Findings emphasize the need for integrated dental‐medical care, focusing on dental age assessment and early intervention to optimize oral health outcomes in this ...

Denture - induced fibrous hyperplasia (epulis fissuratum) [PDF]
Denture-induced fibrous hyperplasia (epulis fissuratum) occurs in complete denture patients, because of constant irritative action that induces the mucosa to grow under poorly fitting dentures. The epulis fissuratm usually occurs in the vestibular mucosa,

Ancestry and dental development: A geographic and genetic perspective [PDF]
Objective: In this study, we investigated the influence of ancestry on dental development in the Generation R Study. Methods: Information on geographic ancestry was available in 3,600 children (1,810 boys and 1,790 girls, mean age 9.81±0.35 years) and ...

ABSTRACT Common ash (Fraxinus excelsior) is under intensive attack from the invasive alien pathogenic fungus Hymenoscyphus fraxineus, causing ash dieback at epidemic levels throughout Europe. Previous studies have found significant genetic variation among genotypes in ash dieback susceptibility and that host phenology, such as autumn yellowing, is ...
