Assessing the Use of Oxford Nanopore Technologies Sequencing for Detection of Stable Wolbachia Bacterial Strain in Symbiosis in Wild Anopheles Mosquitoes From the WHO African Region

This study assesses Oxford Nanopore Technology sequencing to detect Wolbachia in Anopheles mosquitoes. To do this, samples were analysed using the ONT field sequencing kit and sequenced using a minION flow cell and the ONT 16S barcoding kit and Rapid barcoding kit sequenced using Flongle flow cells.
