DENDRIMER CONJUGATES FOR SELECTIVE OF PROTEIN AGGREGATES
Dendrimer conjugates are presented, which are formed between a dendrimer and a protein solubilising substance. Such dendrimer conjugates are effective in the treatment of protein aggregate-related diseases (e.g. prion-related diseases).

Schematic representation of the microfluidic platform with its advantages. Abstract A major challenge in pharmacology is the limited selectivity of therapeutic compounds toward specific tissues or cells. Drugs often distribute systemically before reaching the intended site of action, affecting nontarget cells and potentially reducing efficacy or ...

Azobenzene Core Dendrimers with Trityl Groups in the Periphery
Dendrimers are assembled step by step and can be easily customized at each level of their structure (core, branches, and surface), resulting in well defined and highly functionalized three-dimensional architectures.

The authors investigated the effects of various glycan ligands for CLEC10A, a lectin receptor expressed on dendritic cells (DCs). Monocyte‐derived DCs were stimulated with glycan‐conjugated dendrimers in combination with the TLR1/2 ligand Pam3CysK4, and responses were investigated at the mRNA and protein level.
