This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Relativistic Linear Response in Quantum-Electrodynamical Density Functional Theory
We present the theoretical derivation and numerical implementation of the linear-response equations for relativistic quantum-electrodynamical density functional theory (QEDFT).

Assessing Density-Functional Theory for Equation-Of-State
The last decade has seen a continued development of better experimental techniques to measure equation-of-state (EOS) for various materials. These improvements of both static and shock-compression approaches have increased the accuracy of the EOS and ...

Wavelets for Density-Functional Theory and Post-Density-Functional-Theory Calculations
We give a fairly comprehensive review of wavelets and of their application to density-functional theory (DFT) and to our recent application of a wavelet-based version of linear-response time-dependent DFT (LR-TD-DFT). Our intended audience is quantum chemists and theoretical solid-state and chemical physicists.

Ensemble density functional theory extends the usual Kohn-Sham machinery to quantum state ensembles involving ground- and excited states. Recent work by the authors [Phys. Rev. Lett. 119, 243001 (2017); 123, 016401 (2019)] has shown that both the Hartree-

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Leveraging normalizing flows for orbital-free density functional theory
Orbital-free density functional theory (OF-DFT) for real-space systems has historically depended on Lagrange optimization techniques, primarily due to the inability of previously proposed electron density approaches to ensure the normalization constraint.
