Electrical‐Stimulation Hydrogel Electronic Skin for Sustainable Hybrid Biomechanical–Electromagnetic Energy Harvesting and Accelerating Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A hybrid biomechanical–electromagnetic energy‐harvesting e‐skin is developed using a gelatin‐based outer matrix with a zwitterionic conductive inner layer. The e‐skin autonomously generates stable electrical stimulation from daily body motion and ambient electronics, enabling significantly enhanced wound healing bothin vitro and in vivo.

Spatiotemporal Targeting Randle Cycle and Immune Checkpoint for Potent Antitumor Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A glucose oxidase‐based nanogel (GOX‐NG) system using catechol‐functionalized alginate, exhibits enhanced tumor penetration, prolonged retention, and sustained glucose depletion in the tumor microenvironment. When combined with a fatty acid oxidation inhibitor, it implements dual metabolic suppression, thereby enhancing ROS‐induced immunogenic cell ...

Light‐Activated Ruthenium Nanoclusters Reprogram the Metabolic‐Quorum Sensing Axis for Precision Periodontitis Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Under 660 nm visible light, Ru NCs efficiently photocatalyze nitrate‐to‐ammonium conversion and modulate oral nitrogen metabolism. They precisely perturb Veillonella parvula, block its key support to Porphyromonas gingivalis, and exert an “inhibiting without killing” antivirulence effect.

Elementary characterization of Ti metal alloys used in implant dentistry

open access: yesBrazilian Journal of Radiation Sciences, 2019
The main goal of present work is analytical characterization of standard dental implants broadly used by Brazilian dentists. An ideal biological alloy for dental implants must have very high biocompatibility, which means that such material should not ...

Biocompatibility of dental alloys used in dental fixed prosthodontics

open access: yes, 2014
Many different types of alloys are now available in the market to be used for dental restorations and fixed prostheses. The common criterion for all these fixed prosthodontic materials is the permanent existence of them in the oral cavity for prolonged ...
