Pulmonary Delivery of siRNA Anti‐TNFα‐loaded Lipid Nanoparticles for Rapid Recovery in Murine Acute Lung Injury

In a murine model of acute lung injury, pulmonary administration of lipid nanoparticles carrying TNFα siRNA enables targeted delivery to immune cells. Biologically Active Implants Prevent Mortality in a Mouse Sepsis Model
