Implant‐Associated Peripheral Giant Cell Granuloma: A Case Report and Clinical Management

ABSTRACT A 79‐year‐old woman presented with a peripheral giant cell granuloma (PGCG) associated with a dental implant and bone loss. Treatment consisted of surgical laser excision, ozone therapy, and implant removal. After 6 months, there was complete healing with no recurrence. Elimination of irritants is crucial for success.
