Controlled Grain Growth Deposition for Enhanced Bulk and Interfacial Defect Passivation in Vacuum‐Deposited FAPbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells

A new controlled grain growth deposition (CGGD) strategy is developed to fabricate high‐quality vacuum‐deposited FAPbI3 perovskite films and solar cells, which exhibit enhanced defect passivation and improved photovoltaic performance. This approach provides a robust platform for efficient and scalable perovskite photovoltaics.
