Self‐Assembled Nanoclay Gel With Spheroid MSC‐Derived Exosome Mimetics to Integrate Demineralized Bone Matrix and Noggin‐Targeting miRNA for Synergistic Osteogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We report a versatile nanoclay gel carrier platform that enhances the osteogenic efficacy of demineralized bone matrix (DBM) by integrating nanoclay‐based self‐assembly with cell‐derived exosome mimetics loaded with noggin‐targeting miR‐200c. This design amplifies BMP signaling, thereby promoting DBM‐mediated osteogenesis and offering a promising ...

Foreign Currency Deposits: Implications for Macroeconomic Policies

open access: yesIMF Working Papers, 1991
This paper discusses the relationship between foreign currency deposits and money, and it shows that the indexation of part of the nominal money supply to the exchange rate, as a result of the presence of foreign currency deposits, will increase the inflationary effects of monetary disequilibria under a floating exchange rate system and will reduce the

It Takes More than a Mandate: Factors that Contribute to Increased Rates of Article Deposit to an Institutional Repository

open access: yesJournal of Librarianship and Scholarly Communication, 2015
INTRODUCTION Many institutions have open access (OA) policies that require faculty members to deposit their articles in an institutional repository (IR). A clear motivation is that a policy will result in increased self-archiving.

Effectiveness of deposit-refund systems for household waste in the Netherlands: Applying a partial equilibrium model.

open access: yesJournal of Environmental Management, 2019
Deposit-refund schemes (DRS) are basically a combination of two instruments: a tax on the purchase of a certain product, and a subsidy on the separate collection of the same product in its after-use stage.

Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.
