RoundMi: A quantitative method to analyze mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells
RoundMi is a workflow for rapid analysis of mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells. By combining adaptive preprocessing with automated segmentation and quantification, it enables accurate measurements from single focal plane images, reducing acquisition time and computational demands while remaining compatible with high‐throughput fixed and live ...

Evaporation of buffer gas-thermalized anions out of a multipole rf ion trap
We identify plain evaporation of ions as the fundamental loss mechanism out of a multipole ion trap. Using thermalized negative Cl- ions we find that the evaporative loss rate is proportional to a Boltzmann factor.

ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antibody‐mediated complement activation. Efgartigimod, a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist, is approved for treating generalized MG (gMG). However, its modulatory effects on upstream innate and adaptive immune cells remain largely unexplored.

Whole‐Body Pattern of Muscle Degeneration and Progression in Sarcoglycanopathies
ABSTRACT Objective To characterize whole‐body intramuscular fat distribution pattern in patients with sarcoglycanopathies and explore correlations with disease severity, duration and age at onset. Methods Retrospective, cross‐sectional, multicentric study enrolling patients with variants in one of the four sarcoglycan genes who underwent whole‐body ...

Calculation and Analysis of Key Parameters of Underwater Optical Imaging System
When photographing objects underwater, it is important to utilize an optical window to isolate the imaging device from the water. The properties of the entire imaging system will change, and the imaging quality will decrease due to the refraction impact ...

Complementarity of Long‐Reads and Optical Mapping in Parkinson's Disease for Structural Variants
ABSTRACT Objective Long‐read sequencing and optical genome mapping technologies have the ability to detect large and complex structural variants. This has led to the discovery of novel pathogenic variants in neurodegenerative movement disorders. Thus, we aimed to systematically compare the SV detection capabilities of OGM and ONT in Parkinson's disease.

First-Order Reorientation of the Flux-Line Lattice in CaAlSi
The flux line lattice in CaAlSi has been studied by small angle neutron scattering. A well defined hexagonal flux line lattice is seen just above Hc1 in an applied field of only 54 Oe. A 30 degree reorientation of this vortex lattice has been observed in

Vestibular Patient Journey: Insights From Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) Registry
ABSTRACT Objective Vestibular symptoms impose a high burden of disability. Understanding real‐world diagnostic and treatment pathways can identify care gaps and guide interventions. We aimed to characterize symptom profiles, diagnostic trends, provider involvement, and treatment patterns in vestibular disorders.
