Some Stability Results and Existence of Solutions for a Backward Differential Equation with Time Advance via ζ—Caputo Fractional Derivative

open access: yesAxioms, 2023
In this paper, using a fixed point method, we proved the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a backward differential equation with time advance via ζ−Caputo fractional derivative.

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Existence of Solutions for Anti-Periodic Fractional Differential Inclusions Involving ψ-Riesz-Caputo Fractional Derivative

open access: yesMathematics, 2019
In this paper, we investigate the existence of solutions for a class of anti-periodic fractional differential inclusions with ψ -Riesz-Caputo fractional derivative. A new definition of ψ -Riesz-Caputo fractional derivative of order

Soliton Solution of the Peyrard–Bishop–Dauxois Model of DNA Dynamics with M-Truncated and β-Fractional Derivatives Using Kudryashov’s R Function Method

open access: yesFractal and Fractional, 2022
In this paper, the Peyrard–Bishop–Dauxois model of DNA dynamics is discussed along with the fractional effects of the M-truncated derivative and β-derivative. The Kudryashov’s R method was applied to the model in order to obtain a solitary wave solution.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

The Fractional Orthogonal Derivative

open access: yesMathematics, 2015
This paper builds on the notion of the so-called orthogonal derivative, where an n-th order derivative is approximated by an integral involving an orthogonal polynomial of degree n.

Operational Matrix of New Shifted Wavelet Functions for Solving Optimal Control Problem

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
This paper is devoted to proposing an approximate numerical algorithm based on the use of the state parameterization technique in order to find the solution to the optimal control problem (OCP). An explicit formula for new shifted wavelet (NSW) functions

Derivation of Commutative Rings and the Leibniz Formula for Power of Derivation [PDF]

open access: yesFormalized Mathematics, 2021
Summary In this article we formalize in Mizar [1], [2] a derivation of commutative rings, its definition and some properties. The details are to be referred to [5], [7]. A derivation of a ring, say D , is defined generally as a map from a commutative ring

Chameleon sequences reveal structural effects in proteins representing micelle‐like distribution of hydrophobicity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Advancing Fractional Riesz Derivatives through Dunkl Operators

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
The aim of this work is to introduce a novel concept, Riesz–Dunkl fractional derivatives, within the context of Dunkl-type operators. A particularly noteworthy revelation is that when a specific parameter κ equals zero, the Riesz–Dunkl fractional ...
