Contact sensitizations in massage therapists with occupational contact dermatitis: Patch test data of the Information Network of Departments of Dermatology, 2008–2020

Hand dermatitis (91.4%) and allergic contact dermatitis (34.4%) were common in massage therapists with occupational dermatitis. Most frequent were sensitizations to fragrances/essential oils which were found in 54 (42.2%) of massage therapists and thus, more often than in other patients with occupational dermatitis.

We review Giroux's contact handles and contact handle attachments in dimension three and show that a bypass attachment consists of a pair of contact 1 and 2-handles. As an application we describe explicit contact handle decompositions of infinitely many pairwise non-isotopic overtwisted 3-spheres.

Application of high‐dose‐rate endorectal brachytherapy in the treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer

This image compares the studies included in this article with the meta‐analysis from the Cochrane Library, indicating that the incorporation of brachytherapy in neoadjuvant treatment for rectal cancer can achieve better pathological response rates. Additionally, the use of brachytherapy can reduce the local recurrence rate in patients.
