Successful Treatment of Refractory Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratosis With Topical Ruxolitinib

ABSTRACT This is the first documented case of disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) successfully treated with topical ruxolitinib. The patient experienced near‐complete clearance after three months, suggesting that topical JAK inhibition may be an effective and well‐tolerated option for refractory porokeratosis.

Perianal Paget's Disease: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Perianal Paget's disease is rare and may be secondary to an underlying anorectal adenocarcinoma. Full‐thickness biopsy with immunohistochemistry is key to distinguish primary from secondary disease and to guide staging. Wide local excision is standard, while radiotherapy is a reasonable option when radical surgery is declined.

ABSTRACT Background Cutaneous monoclonal gammopathy of clinical significance (MGCS) is rare and may present with scleredema‐like fibrosing skin disease. Case A 59‐year‐old man developed progressive induration of the upper body. Laboratory studies revealed an IgG/κ monoclonal protein, and skin biopsy showed dermal thickening with mucin deposition.
