Dermis-Fat Graft for Orbital Reconstruction After Subtotal Exenteration

A surgical technique for reconstruction after subtotal orbital exenteration uses an autogenous dermis-fat graft. A musculocutaneous flap is advanced over the graft to provide the anterior vascular supply for the free dermis-fat graft.
